Anyone else feel happy when they see polkadots? There’s something about them that says “party!”… especially when packaged in adorable vellum envelopes to be used as celebratory confetti. Wouldn’t you love to open your mailbox and discover one of these?
Designer Lisa Rupp recommends using a rubber stamp to imprint messages for a one-of-a-kind look, although a printer works too.
