Monochromatic Monday {Stormy Blue}

I’m in full rainy day mode this weekend: curled up on the couch with a cup of cocoa, my laptop, good music blasting… and my favorite guy working away next to me, of course. Although I didn’t set out to make this inspiration board so moody, the stormy weather outside started showing up in my images, so I went with it. This look is darkly romantic, perfect for an early winter dinner party or dramatic wedding reception. Think a high-low mix of materials layered on the table, like velvet with burlap, silk with linen. Candelabras & chandeliers cast a flickering light that give it all a touch of Parisian je ne sais quoi.
