Can’t get it off my mind…

Just added to my inspiration files: this rustic, luxurious winter table at Gjelina, a gorgeous restaurant in Venice, CA.  Styled by the team at 100 Layer Cake, it strikes the perfect balance between lush (abundant florals) and minimal (basic linens & simple glassware). For the last couple of months, I’ve been really into combining unexpected textures to create a feeling of warmth & luxury, and this table illustrates the concept perfectly: Raw wood, antique silver, burlap, silk ribbon, rustic pottery, & bone china all working together to create a look with so much personality.
