Monochromatic Mondays {Teal}
A sunny weekend ended on a surprisingly brisk note here in Austin, and it seems we may have to wait a bit longer before embracing the first days of spring. Today’s inspiration board seems especially fitting in cool shades of aqua that evoke an icy chill, yet also hint at days spent lounging in a tropical locale. Emerald accents add richness without interrupting the serene color palette. For a party, lanterns made of vintage Mason jars clad in gold-trimmed ribbons exude homespun charm, colored ribbons tied to stir sticks transform glasses of lemonade, & individual turquoise tureens are a vibrant vessel for a winter stew. It may seems like winter will never end…but trust me, flip flop days are right around the corner!
